- An implementation companion to the recent CRM 2011 and CRM Online releases, new CRM 2011 content reflects a combined effort of the following teams:

- With some content applicable across all Microsoft Dynamics offerings, the majority of this content was created as a way to encourage partners to adopt the RoleTailored Client (RTC) for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, completing implementations that will provide this functionality to the end customer. Project Management Library improvements
- Based upon advice from the Project Management Institute (PMI) to bring our solution to closer alignment with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards, a partner was engaged to synchronize the suggested changes with the most common framework principles followed in an ERP implementation. Thanks to:

Language Pack Compatibility: Due to improvements in our current tool set, we were able to move all language packs to be compatible with this release by merging the formerly translated content with the newest additions of English content. (We continue to offer and support a mixed English/‘other’ language package in 9 languages.)
