The April 2010 edition of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Statement of Direction (SoD) white paper is now available.

This document outlines the future direction of Microsoft Dynamics CRM through to the next major release, codenamed Microsoft Dynamics CRM “5” which is targeted for release in the second half of 2010.
