September 2011 Optional Updates Are On ECE For Standard 2009

The September 2011 Optional Updates are now available on the ECE site for Windows® Embedded Standard 2009.

The list below applies to Windows Embedded Standard 2009:

KB2618889 – This update fixes the following issue

  • Crash dump cannot
    be created when EWF is enabled on the boot volume.

Note: This KB solution is comprised of the following KB update packages: KB2559815 which updates the EWF binaries and KB2548042 which updates the crash dump binary.
