Cannot use Send email to my address when setup Bulk Deletion or Duplicate detection

What should we do when we would like to setup e.g. Bulk Deletion system job scheduling or during import the Data to CRM via .csv file in the Webpage Dialog it will be NOT possible to choose “Send an email to me (administrator@contoso.com ) when this job is finished“ check box ?

Please find below few check list step to fix the issue:

Issue 1

· Go to Settings/Administration/Users entity and verify if Primary E-mail address for the logged USER

Solution

· verify if Primary E-mail address for the logged USER

· approve the Users’s Primary E-mail address;

Issue 2:

· Go to Settings/Templates/E-mail templates and verify if System Job templates were available

o Bulk Deletion Task Completed with Failure Template

o Bulk Deletion Task Completion Template

o Bulk Deletion Task Failed Template

o Duplicate Detection Task Completion Template

o Import Data Task Completion Template

o Import Data Task Failure template

Solution:

· Re-create the templates

· Re-import the templates from other organization
