We have refreshed the Update Rollup Preview to provide more value to the participants and derive more impact for the engineering team. We plan to apply a more methodical approach through:

· Advance notice of impending UR Previews

· Weekly group call for all participants for real time Q&A,

· Virtual Images in addition to the fully installable on-premises builds to speed time to review

Everyone who is interested in continuing or starting the UR Preview must sign up. The sign-up survey supports self-sign-up and sign-up -on-behalf-of scenarios. You are welcome to submit one or more signups for one or more programs as you deem appropriate

How do I sign up?

Step 1. To turn on your permission to the Preview Sign-up site on Connect, please click the following link:

Step 2. (optional ) After completing step 1, for an overview of each program, please see the Preview Summary decks available via Connect Downloads at the following link:

Step 3. To access the sign-up survey and UR Preview Agreement, please click the following link:

Please complete and submit one survey for each organization that you would like to sign up. Once your complete the survey and agreement you will be presented with the connection info for the weekly call.

Note: You will need to complete any “mandatory” surveys presented to you (using sample data if the survey is not relevant) prior to being able to access the UR Preview Sign-up Survey.

Preview sign-up timeline – March 2015 - Ongoing

Preview start – Varies based on the specific UR. Once you sign up you will receive communications with timing of each specific UR Preview.
