A Greener Paypal - or just an EV SSL Cert user?

I noticed today that the address bar in IE was a rather fetching green when I used IE7 to go to https://www.paypal.co.uk

At the back of my mind I remembered that IE used colour in the Address bar to help users identify "dodgy" sites. The help explains:

A little search on https://www.live.com and I was soon at Tim Callan's SSL blog post which lists a few other sites also using EV Certs.

EV Certs seem long overdue - but nevertheless very welcome.  Fingers X'd, the large sites (especially those with my money) start to roll these out sooner trather than later.
