Some time we forgot the 101, the basis …..

Whether you're trying to make a sale or to get an approval for a proposal remember that they are 2 type of sponsors: Simple Sponsor & Power Sponsor.

The simple sponsor is the one that can and will promote your solution or proposition inside their organization. They will provide you company information including names and they will give you access to power, but they do not have the power to make a buying decision.

On the other hand, the power sponsor is the one that has influence or authority to make the purchase, because he can go anywhere in the organization as far as decision making. The power sponsor can negotiate steps leading to a buying decision.

So !!!
