This dancing candy bar has one word for you: "Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers"

So it's always good to have a sense of humor about yourself, especially when you are well known. No, I am not talking about myself. My ego isn't THAT big, though I try to laugh at myself regularly since gives me something in common with my peers (see?). Anyway, Steve Ballmer's enthusiasm for our products and "developers, developers, developers, developers" is pretty well known in the software industry. And people love sound bytes.

So I LOVE this Domokun "Developers" video. I didn't know what Domokun was (warning, link to Domokun definition is PG-13...I warned you), and I'm still not sure. But the video rocks (my favorite part is with the cheerleaders)...bust a move you almost flexible candy-bar looking thing!

Speaking of Japanese things that I love, check out my Hidamari no Tami...keeping me mellow in my office (good luck little guy).

I got a Hidamari no Tami, too. (Wondering if it came from the same place.) :) I LOVE my little guy. He's the ultimate mellow man.

    Hi Heather,

It is great to see the little guy on the blog. Too bad you did not have an animated picture to show the mellow movement.

Gretchen - Yes it came from the same place:)

My wife wishes I would have picked up another couple dozen when I was passing through Japan a couple weeks ago since they are so cute.

    Regards,
    William

P.S. I have one really cute lime green one left with flowers - you have my email

OK, William, you just outed yourself. I was going to keep your identity a secret so people wouldn't hit you up for one ; ) I really do love it!

Oops! – I forgot you get thousands... of page hits. I apologize if you get spammed externally from people about it. I do not want to become Bob (see Gretchen’s 12/14/2005 post).

FYI: I found these cute charters at the Tokyo Narita Airport gift shops on Terminal 1 Level 3F for those who travel to Asia – direct flight from Seattle to Tokyo and than to Seoul. For those who do not travel to Asia you can find them on the web at a various locations at higher prices. This is a good reason to network with you business colleagues in the regional Japan office.

They sure are cute (and mellow!). The easiest way to get a Hidamari no Tami in the US/Canada is to search eBay. There are about 30 of them available right now for about bucks + shipping.

Sorry, the dollar amount got deleted - they are about ten dollars plus shipping on eBay.
