MSDN has a short moratorium on changes, so PSDK won't be available through MSDN for a few more days (I hear Aug 15 or thereabout)

Also, I have been bugging our Group Program Manager about the MSDN link for downloading the TIP and so far nothing - I guess that means Aug 15 for that too.
