Currently reading "Lessons Learned in Software Testing"

I'm working my way through "Lessons Learned in Software Testing" by Cem Kaner, James Bach, and Bret Pettichord.  It's a great collection of sometimes obvious & sometimes surprising tips on you guessed it - software testing.  I'm enjoying it so much, I'd consider it recommended reading for anyone who is currently a test lead or is considering going down that career path.
