HTC Announce the Touch Pro

image

This device broke cover as the HTC 'Raphael' however it's now been officially announced by HTC as the Touch Pro.

The Touch Pro is essentially the HTC Diamond with a Keyboard so it retains the wonderful 2.8" VGA screen, HSDPA,GPS and WiFi but adds a 5 row QWERTY Keyboard.

You can get more details on the device at HTC's Website HERE

No Start menu, OK, or softkeys on the keyboard.  How are you supposed to navigate anything without keys like that?  Do you really have to take one hand off the keyboard, take out the stylus, tap a button, put the stylus back, and put your hand back on the keyboard every time you want to switch programs or something?  I know I've asked this before elsewhere, but no one's given a good answer yet.  Maybe you can use a finger instead of the stylus on some programs, but still...  looks like bad usability design.
