Windows Azure ConferenceThis isn’t the first time Microsoft has a run an on-line event, but the Windows Azure Conference next Wednesday definitely includes an air of newness.

Yes, Scott Guthrie is still keynoting and the event is still free, but the remainder of the speakers are all Windows Azure users: MVPs and Windows Azure insiders who use the tools and technologies day in and day out. You’ll get to hear real life experiences and strategies for leveraging the power of the Windows Azure cloud and its myriad services from users just like you.

The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET and will be streamed entirely on Channel 9, but do register on-line so you can be apprised of updates and additional details as they become available. The session agenda is on-line as well so you can plan your day (keep in mind the times on the site are all in the Pacific time zone!)
