I missed this one – it’s a download so you can Access Microsoft CRM Info using RSS and your favourite News Reader. (Outlook 2007, obviously :-).
It’s a great example of not using RSS just for blogging, but also for pushing out other types of information – in this case, updates to the Microsoft CRM System.
