Update KB894351 for Windows XP SP3

When you navigate to this KB article you will see it only applies to Windows XP SP2. But always it provides you a hint once you meet this problem with IIS and SP3.

Well, there are already people complaining that even if replacing xpsp2 with xpsp3 step 6 in Method 2 cannot work. In that case, you should try (for English version)

>WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-X86-ENU.exe /integrate:C:\winxp

Note that I used C:\winxp (from now on I call this folder the “SP3 integration folder”). You should change that to the path you use.

Then you have the SP3 integration folder ready and can proceed and install IIS. Whenever the installation prompts, use C:\winxp or C:\winxp\i386.

P.S., you must pay attention that the integration folder is very large (around 600M). Please make sure that total free space on the hard disk is large enough. Otherwise, you may use another computer to prepare the SP3 integration folder.

P.S. again, don’t leave your Installation CD in CD drive. Otherwise, it prevents IIS from installing. This point is rather important if you are using ISO images instead of physical disks, because it sounds like the KB author uses physical disks.
