Sort on multiple columns on CRM grids

I was wondering what to write about in my weekly post; I wanted something “light” yet useful and the answer came right to my inbox J.

One of our partners was surprised that you could sort on CRM grids using multiple columns. And yes!!! You can do that since version 3.0 but not many people seem to be aware of how to do it. You just have to shift+click on the columns that you want to sort by

CRM5 will definitively have better usability in this space, discovering this type of functionality will be pretty straight forward.
