How do you know if OCS is right for you ... even as a PBX?

It's a question I get asked quite a lot and answer I give comes from a pool of cultural or organisation characteristics I have experienced when talking to companies that have deployed OCS in anger (in a good way).

I have been meaning to write it down myself but it looks as if the people at Enabling Technologies have got therefore before me and put down a really good list of things to look out for if you are considering OCS.  If you see yourself matching any of the scenarios in this blog post,  download OCS now from the Microsoft website and start looking at it.
