Messenger Control Helps People Find Jobs!

www.Bumeran.com, the largest job portal in Latin America, has adopted the Live Messenger control, making job search more dynamic.

 

How it works: Candidates who submit their resume to the portal can now also associate their Bumeran account with their Windows Live ID. Later on, when the recruiters are browsing the resumes and are interested in a candidate, they will see the presence icon next to their profile 

 

And will have the option to start a chat session with the candidate right there on the spot (without the need to be Messenger buddies or know their email addresses)

The way Bumeran integrated the control into their workflow is a good example of the value the Messenger Platform can add to an existing business.
