Managing Large Meetings White Papers
At long last I've been able to publish two white papers:
Managing Large and Structured Meetings with Lync 2010
and
Managing Large and Structured Meetings with Lync 2013
Both papers cover a lot more than I can cover in these blog posts about running large meetings. We have run many successful Large Meetings in the Lync and Skype product group in Microsoft and these white papers draw off the experience gained.
