Today we are making the English version available as a free download. Other languages will be available in the coming weeks. To help our customers become more secure and up-to-date, we will begin distributing Internet Explorer 7 as a high-priority update via Automatic Updates in November. In addition, Internet Explorer 7 (with protected mode capability) will ship in Windows Vista in 35 languages.

"Internet Explorer 7 Windows XP is ready" .Now is Widows Vista. This is old news.
