Web Services Secure Exchange Technical Committee Created at Oasis

The Oasis standards body created a technical committee today to finalize WS-Trust, WS-SecureConversation and WS-SecurityPolicy.  It's name: The Web Services Secure Exchange Technical Committee.  This is the final step in the Workshop Process to get these Web services specs standardized.
