  Please could you cover how Pocket PC fits into the CE build system? Are Pocket PC platforms built in the same way as other CE systems? What (in terms of build flags) is included in Pocket PC? What parts of CE does Pocket PC change? Can Pocket PC (or other OEM devices) be debugged at the kernel level (without using a special build)?
