WPF rock star, Kris at The Klog

At the beginning the code name was Avalon. The previous version was WinFX. WPF is the graphical subsystem in the .NET Framework. It provides a unified framework for building applications in Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows XP SP2 and Windows Server 2003,  that blend together application UI, documents, and media content.

It uses XAML, a markup language for rich user interface development and is the foundation for the web-version, our beloved Silverlight.

Kris Athi is a WPF specialists and he was playing around with WPF for a while
