More than 250 technology enthusiasts gathered in Nantes, France at the end of April for ReBUILD 2017, a community conference about Microsoft technologies and innovative devices.

In its fourth edition, the conference was organized by the MS, GUSS, and aOS (Azure, Office 365, SharePoint) communities, and featured an amazing 6 tracks and 42 sessions on Microsoft Technologies - including Windows 10, AI, robotics, UX / UI, Hololens, 3D, Data Platform, Office 365 and SharePoint.

More, ReBUILD hosted almost 50 international and French expert speakers! Head of IT of Microsoft France Patrice Trousset enlightened the audience with his keynote about how companies may use Microsoft products to participate in the digital transformation, and then participated in a roundtable session with Digital and Logistics Director at Nantes Métropole Habitat Christophe Chapet and IT Manager at Groupe La Poste Tristan Piron about machine learning, AI, robotics, and how to prepare one’s information system for the future.

The ReBuild conference also featured an exhibition area, in which participants got a preview of Surface Studio, as well as test out Hololens and virtual reality with Kinect and Oculus.
