March CTP of Visual Studio Orcas is also the first release of Visual C++ in Orcas without ATL Server headers, tools, docs and samples. To give an short update, ATL Server project is on track to be published on CodePlex.com site as shared source project later this month. Soon you should be able to build to download ATL Server headers from CodePlex.com and use them together with March CTP.
