Join us at TechEd North America 2013 in New Orleans

We have a crew of nine members from Office Content Publishing who will be attending TechEd North America 2013 in New Orleans next week, and we are excited and looking forward to networking with the community of TechEd attendees!

We are the writers and PMs who produce the deep technical documentation and other resources for IT Pros and developers that are found on TechNet, MSDN, and Office.com to support Office, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Yammer, and related products, services, and technologies.

If you are attending TechEd North America this year, this is a great opportunity for you to ask questions and give us feedback on how we can improve the Microsoft content for Office products to better serve your needs.

Every day, at least one of us from Office Content Publishing is scheduled to be present during the open hours of the Office/Exchange/SharePoint booths in the Microsoft Solutions Experience (MSE)  Expo Hall.

Our group will be available to answer and ask questions, discuss Office products, and the content that supports them. We'll have a limited supply of goodies to hand out at the booths as well - including architecture diagram posters, fast facts cards, T-shirts, and more - so come get them while they are hot!

We have one topic in particular that we would like to gather feedback from TechEd attendees: How do you like your system requirements topics? We'll be conducting a mini survey conversation and usability study on how people prefer to access and consume product system requirements content. For more details, grab one of us at TechEd or contact LeAnn Ashford: leanna [at] Microsoft [dot] com

At the booths, there will be all-up Office scenario stations dedicated to Upgrade, Immerse (across devices), Socialize, and Build Apps - and other areas where you can ask subject-matter experts about deeper product expertise. The popular new Office Garage Series for IT Pros hosted by Jeremy Chapman and Yoni Kirsh will be represented in this location as well, kicking off Season 2 live on stage. Not sure if they'll be doing live recreations of the Xstream Office 365 ProPlus installs in air, on land, and in water like they did in the blog series videos, but the Garage stage is sure to be exciting so check it out anyway! https://microsoft.com/garage

Some of us are speaking as well. Here is an overall day-by-day schedule of our activities, including sessions, and other notable highlights - please come say hello and learn more about Office resources for IT Pros and developers.
