Netscan from Microsoft Research

Netscan is a really cool online tool, which I use quite often to see what is going on in USENET'averse. If you have not played with it yet be sure to check it out at the link below. I typically start using it by filtering for newgroups with “dotnet“ in their name:

From here I can drill into newsgroups of interest, see the number on unreplied message for each newsgroup and a whole bunch of other stuff.
