TechEd New Zealand Keynote

I'm so much more relaxed this year as I don't have to orchestrate keynote speeches.  Those things inevitably mean working until 3am the night before perfecting the latest slide changes and then being back stage by 7am.  I had two keynotes to run last year on day 1 and day 2 leaving me completely beat afterward.  This year we had a different kind of keynote and I think it went down really well.
