When can I expect to be moved from Partner Admin Center (PAC) to Partner Center?

Starting spring 2018, Office 365 Partner Admin Center (PAC) tool functionality is moving to the Microsoft Partner Center. You will be presented with a popup dialog box when available for the transfer to Partner Center.

On transition day, each partner that attempts to access PAC will be automatically redirected and logged in to the Partner Center Dashboard. When the automatic redirection happens, Partners will no longer be able to access Partner Admin Center.  Note to Advisors: currently, you can’t send Paid and Trial Quotes to customers through Partner Center.

You can continue to use the Build your Business functionality in PAC until the Paid and Trial Quotes function is enabled in Partner Center.

Moving from Partner Admin Center (PAC) to Partner Center

Office 365 Partner Admin Center (PAC) is moving to the Microsoft Partner Center portal.

We are evolving Microsoft Partner Center into the single place where you will manage your partnership with Microsoft and with your customers. In Partner Center you can manage membership, customer referrals, incentives, and all other aspects of the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program. We will retire the PAC starting March 2018.

The Office 365 Partner Admin Center (PAC) will be retired

During the months of March and April 2018, PAC will be retiring, and partners will start being automatically redirected to Microsoft Partner Center. The redirection will happen in stages, and once you are redirected to Partner Center, you will not be able to work in PAC.

Cloud Solutions Provider partners If you are a CSP partner, we will automatically redirect you to Partner Center starting March 2018.

Advisor partners If you are an Advisor partner, we will automatically redirect you to Partner Center during April 2018.

Note to Advisors: Currently, you can’t send Paid and Trial Quotes to customers through Partner Center. You can continue to use the Build your Business functionality in the Office 365 Partner Admin Center until the Paid and Trial Quotes function is enabled in Partner Center.
