MDX 1.1 to XNA Framework (Beta 1) Migration Guide

The beta version of the MDX 1.1 to XNA Framework Migration Guide is now available.  Sorry in advance about the formatting, after all, this is beta!  I wanted to get something into our existing MDX developers' hands so they could rapidly move thier code to XNA and start providing us feedback.

Any feedback you have on the migration guide is also appreciated. If there's anything missing that you'd like to see in a future version of the document, please file bugs via the Microsoft Connect service.
