SP 2013 Error when upgrading the User Profile service application

While upgrading UPA from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 we got error in PowerShell.

Solution:-

• Run full profile import and make sure it is finished.
• Then run “Update-SPProfilePhotoStore -CreateThumbnailsForImportedPhotos 1 -MySiteHostLocation <https://mysite”> in SharePoint PowerShell
• Then backup all three databases and restore with different name
• Now try again to upgrade on 2013 environment
