Setting the Time Zone in Windows Server 2008 R2

There is now a command line utility, tzutil.exe, that can be used to view the current time zone setting as well as to configure the time zone. 

For those of you using PowerShell that want to script setting the time zone on Server Core, a PowerShell script is now available to do that. It is posted at: https://blogs.technet.com/deploymentguys/archive/2009/06/07/setting-the-time-zone-using-windows-powershell.aspx
