Go Global Developer Center on MSDN
One of the biggest internationalization challenges is for developers to learn about internationalization and for us to educate the community about our internationalization support. We’ve created the Go Global developer center on MSDN to help with that effort (actually Tami drove it, I had little to do with it myself). If you’re familiar with the old globaldev site, most of the content has now been moved to the Go Global center. https://msdn.microsoft.com/goglobal is the URL for the new site.
On this Go Global site, developers can find information about the international features built into various Microsoft products, and the rich set of tools available to tap into emerging markets by creating world-ready applications. The Windows International team is proud to invest in this site because we know that applications drive the customer’s computer usage, and more world-ready and market-specific applications there are, the better served all of our customers are!
We hope that the new MSDN Go Global site will:
- Increase the discoverability of the content to application developers.
- Be easier to use.
- Provide a consistent experience for developers.
- Make it easier for you to find the globalization content you need.
If you’ve been linking to the old globaldev site, please link to the new https://msdn.microsoft.com/goglobal site instead since that’s where we’ll be doing updates.
- Shawn
