Crashdumps of yore to go away

We've had some discussion over this proposal for a while. For various reasons we'd like to stop supporting crashdumps and continue with the latest greatest minidump format. But we dont have a good feel for whether there is a large base of users out there using this right now. Feedback to Scott would be most helpful...
