NUI Using Silverlight

Ok, what would NUI using Silverlight look like.  Just curious, any ideas?  Anyone? 

I have been playing around with Balder:

Looks pretty good.  Now I want to make it touchless.  Could I use Kinnect with this? 

So if I combine the balder library with this library and mix well, do I get a touchless NUI using Silverlight?

Or use the Blake NUI book and libraries, and I think I will buy that book:

Could I make a touchless interface that uses the video camera on my Windows Phone 7?  After all the front camera will come soon won’t it?  Actually I have no idea, but I would think that would be a feature in the future.
