How to Upload an Image to Windows Azure Storage: How to use the Windows Azure SDK for Node and Windows Azure Mobile Services to generate a shared access signature for blob storage, and then use the Windows Azure Storage Client Library 2.0 for Windows Runtime to upload images to the shared access signature from a Windows Store app. Whew!
