Today marks the start of 'Get Online' week and the BBC's Connect one click at a time page is a good place to point friends, relatives and acquaintances who perhaps aren't as familiar with the online world as you - our blog readers - are.
There's an 'Understanding the basics' section, which answers the first questions people will ask: what computer do I need, how do I get broadband, etc.
Plus a few exercises and games designed to improve mouse and keyboard skills.
And don't forget Race Online 2010 - a widespread initiative, supported by Microsoft, to achieve a truly networked UK.
To date, 809 partners have committed to help 1,761,463 people get online - why not join in?
