ConfigMgr 2007: "Failed to correctly receive a WEBDAV HTTP request"

With System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Service Pack 1 out I thought it might be a good idea to send a reminder about how to configure Windows Server 2008 for Site System roles.  Failure to properly configure your Windows Server 2008 Site System can result in clients failing to install:

Issue: ConfigMgr clients may fail to install with error: "Failed to correctly receive a WEBDAV HTTP request."

Cause: WebDAV has not been configured on management points and BITS-enabled distribution points running Windows Server 2008.

Resolution: Install and configure WebDAV for BITS-enabled distribution points and management points running Windows Server 2008.  the information below is taken from the Help information available in SP1:

The instructions above are specific to IIS but IIS7 should be basically the same.
