Design a Next Generation PC yourself

One good link deserves another and on following the trackback to a link from JD, I found his post on this new Next Gen PC design competition from Microsoft. Okay so we've been here before and I have lambasted the lack of the winning designs seeing the light of day but lets hope something like the above shows up for real someday soon. Pretty please.

As JD details

Your online submissions must be received by December 14th, and then come February 15th, the voting public will spend a month punching their radio-button ballots for which designs they really want. The five finalists will end up as special guests at WinHEC , with enough cash and cache to get your masterpiece bourne into the real world.

Go do people of good design taste.
