If you haven't come across Folder Share you *have* to check it out. It's the coolest new technology I have seen in ages - so cool we bought it a few months back. In a nutshell, it's a peer to peer file replication service - the best bit of which is it's free :) With an upper limit on file sizes of 2gb and a very simple and intuitive UI, it's a terric way to keep files replicated across home/work machines automatically and securely.
"You no longer need to send large files via email, burn them to CDs/DVDs and mail them, or upload them to a website. FolderShare allows you to share and sync important information instantly with anyone you invite, making it the perfect solution for personal or small business use."
