Get The Microsoft Web Experience Stack DVD

MSWEStack1

Decided it was time to blog about this - I've not blogged much the last few days and this is the reason. I've been busy talking about our Software + Services plans with a number of colleagues from around the different Microsoft business and it's clear we have a strong arsenal of products, services and people coming together.

One of the things I've heard from people building new websites and services is that it's sometimes too hard to gather up all of the Microsoft bits you need to build a site. We've tried to address that with the Web Experience Stack DVD

The DVD includes trial versions of:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition, SP2

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and .NET Framework 3.0

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, SP2

  • Microsoft Visual Studio Professional

  • Microsoft Expression Studio (includes Microsoft Expression Web, Expression Blend, Expression Design, and Expression Media)

Hopefully this helps people get access to our bits to build the next Facebook or YouTube more easily. You can order the DVD from the Web Experience Stack DVD site and we'll be refreshing as the new technology gets released.

There is also a tonne of training around these technologies on the site. Webcasts, virtual labs and much more.
