The BBC is reporting that JK Rowling has complained of a notepad shortage near her home in Edinburgh. Fans have thus sent her a truckload (several it seems) of notepads so that should keep WH Smith happy. What about pens though, surely she needs pens? I’ll go raid the stationery cupboard immediately. Red, blue or black?
Fear not Ms Rowling for all you need is a Tablet PC. I have suggested our operatives in the Edinburgh office pop around for a cup of tea and give JK a demo of Tablet. Though she does say she prefers paper to a computer, perhaps the lure of digital ink can change all of that. We can but wish.
