Lists

I'm coming across lots of lists on the web and in the blogosphere at the moment and they're starting to fry my brain (or is that the Havana Mojito they serve at Morgans Hotel??)....anyway, here are a couple of interesting ones.

"Everybody here has the ability to do anything I do and much beyond. Some of you will and some of you won't. For those who won't, it will be because you get in your own way, not because the world doesn't allow you."

Warren Buffett speaking the University of Washington

Mark Goultson follows up this sage advice with an interesting Top 10 list "of things leaders do" in a recent edition of Fast Company but there is an even better list at Fimocolous providing 30 predictions for 2007 in Media/Tech/Pop (I hate the word "tech"). Some of the best:

3) Apple. Apple buys Last.FM. Finally. And iTV is a hit. Finally. And the iPhone? Nope, never. Why? Cuz the iPhone is like God -- if it really existed, you wouldn't care that much.

4) Google. By partnering YouTube and Apple's iTV, Google has you watching Ask A Ninja on your plasma. Hello, Google Video ads.

11) Windows. Vista ships. You try not to yawn. (oops, that happended already)
