I blogged about this a while back but though it was worth revisiting as this another great (but extremely well hidden) toolkit for Microsoft Partners. It's focused around our Infrastructure Optimization Initiative which is designed to help customers realize the value of their IT investments. What does that mean in the real world? Well if you're a partner here are what I think are some of the highlights in this kit:

• Microsoft IO Exec Summary
• Driving Down Costs of the Business Desktop Whitepaper (inc. Vista)
• Using IT To Drive Business (Business and Tech presentations)
• MidMarket Sales Discussion Guide
• Oracle sales guide

The kit itself if a 150mb download that breaks out into 3 folders covering Core IO, Business Productivity IO and Application Platform IO with each containing a number of PowerPoint slides and PDF documents. One of the things we get asked for a lot is presentations and documentation and this kit has it by the boatload. The APIO Tech presentations is excellent for example.

  Also "Microsoft Infrastructure IO Exec Summary" - shouldn't that be either "Microsoft IO Initiative Exec Summary" or "Microsoft Infrastructure OI Exec Summary"?
  
  Otherwise you're just talking about the "Microsoft Infrastructure Infrastructure Optimization Exec Summary", doubling your infrastructure and ignoring your initiative.
