You’re looking at the most recent winner of the Microsoft Next-Gen PC Design Competition - Avery Holleman landed the top spot and $20,000 in prize money. Ka-ching.
The Napkin PC design closely resembles a Napkin holder, combining multiple touchscreen devices within a collaborative network. Digital pens allow users to draw on these touchscreens just like they would on a napkin.
Let’s hope at least one of the designs gets closer to commercial reality.

But which version would be best suited to my work/home environment? Napkin Home, Napkin FancyDine(tm), or Napkin Laptop? ;) Joking aside, it really is a fabulous concept.Anonymous

I recently got a viruw in my desktop miscroscoft xp system. I was advised to use a disc that would erase my hard drive. I am now ready to upload the start program, however, I have lost the product number from the back of the computer. I registered with microsoft when I originally bought the system but now no one seems to be able to retrieve my product number. What would you suggest that I do to find my number or reload my system.Anonymous

Raymond, all I can suggest is that you call Microsoft Support in your region (support.microsoft.com) as they're far better educated to answer this than I am regards SteveAnonymous

Where can I bend someones ear about a little issue with Windows Server 2003? I.e. A user that could access shared files on the server can do it no longer? Access denied, nothing changed?Anonymous

microsoft support perhaps? windows server newsgroups? both available from support.microsoft.com seriously, blogs are great for discussion but not ideal for tech support issues IMHO
