Vista launch date

I just noticed that the BBC is saying from November 30th the Vista will be available for businesses. The news is on other sites like Scoble's and Engadget but I can't see official word on Presspass so I shall neither confirm or deny the story but if you don't hear from me for a few days (or ever) you know why :)
