Messages get duplicated in the SWIFT BAS site and you see the MRSR orchestration fail with duplicate signature errors

Problem Description:
===================
You see messages duplicated in the SWIFT BAS site and you see the MRSR orchestration fail with duplicate signature errors even though the same person has not signed the InfoPath form twice.
When you query on the SWIFT database you see the error message 
“Resetting workflow due to: duplicate signatures were found. Please verify against your workflow”

ENVIRONMENT

Product  :  BizTalk Server 2004 SP2/SWIFT Accelerator  2.1 .
 O/S     :  Windows Server2003 

Cause
============
The users were provided multiple roles and the users use same certificate for different roles.
You will experience the behaviour  you are seeing when you use the same certificate for a user in multiples roles

Resolution:
=========
The issue was resolved by using different certificates for the same user in multiple roles
