When Changing the Host on a Oracle receive location,the password specified for the Oracle connection becomes blank

Summary:

In BizTalk Server 2006 R2,You have a receive location  using the WCF-Custom adapter with oracleDBBinding.
When you switch the host on this receive location, the password specified for the Oracle connection becomes blank.
when we change the receive handler specified for the receive port polling data from the Oracle database, the password specified for the Oracle connection becomes blank.

 

Cause:
=========
This feature is by design to implement security restrictions to the connection.Ie we don’t want the password details to be shared with any resource other than the host specified while configuring the receive location.
