Recuperating from surgery

I suffer from obstructive sleep apnea, so I had some minor surgery this week on my nose to correct my formerly deviated septum.  Unfortunately, it still looks the same as it always has from the outside, but the now roomier interior will allegedly enable me to breathe better.  I came down the Bay Area for the surgery to avail myself of Dr. Kasey Li's services, as he is among the best in the business for sleep apnea surgery.  As a result, I'm trying to work a slightly ligher schedule the remainder of the week.

Nothing personal, but in context this observation was unavoidable.  In your company, you're lucky that you were able to get a fix yourself instead of being told won't fix for you, won't fix for your children, and maybe will consider a fix for your grandchildren.
