What I'm Reading Now.....
Push by Sapphire. This book is a page turner and I feel like I can't doing anything else until I finish reading it. I spend so much time talking about technology, writing about technology, studying for exams and trying to sell software that I often need an escape. The story is about hope and redemption but it is brutally honest and in your face. It's written from the perspective and in the dialect of an illiterate 16 year old girl who has endured horrors I didn't know existed but still finds the strength and courage to move forward with her life and make something of herself. A movie based on the book will be released this Fall called Precious . It's been a long time since someting has touched me on such a deep level, I just had to share it with you all.
