Is the Estimated Completion Date for the CC certification of Windows Vista correct?

Those of us who monitor* the official NIAP CCEVS: Products and Protection Profiles In Evaluation list may have noticed that the Current Estimated Completion Date for Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008 now matches the Original Estimated Completion Date of 31 DEC 2010. The date is not a typographical error. This could be the largest Common Criteria security evaluation in the history of COTS operating systems. Hence, everybody's use of the word "estimated".
